Hilary, Peter and I made an early start on our day off, travelling though the beautiful Ugandan countryside to Murchison National Park! Frankie had been with the previous team last weekend, so very nobly did some catch up teaching for the Basics course as well as a trip to the market. She has ordered African style theatre caps to sell at Poole hospital for Poole Africa Link.

We had a fabulous trip to the National Park seeing loads of animals, including elephant, hippo and baboons! Scenery was fantastic. It was a long but fascinating journey seeing many local villages and scenes. We feel well set up for another busy week at the hospital and University.
