Saturday 15th October 2016

Despite being a “day of rest” we duly met for breakfast at 8 and planned the day… this had morphed several times due to poor old Jamie being delayed and eventually staying in Kampala for the night.

Frankie had an excellent discussion with Betty about HDU development in Lira which was very constructive. Meanwhile Judy and Lesley prepared their talks for Monday. After a little saunter to the local market where Judy got measured up for scrubs and Frankie and Judy bought charcoal stoves… Judy will smuggle Frankie’s back for her.

After a swim we chilled and then played Lesley’s amazing game Mrs X (which Frankie will write about as I have to go to Chobe right now!!)

Judy
